Office Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized office support assistant to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in managing office routine matters, including administrative tasks, communication with clients, and supporting the development of online marketing activities.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong command of computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Additionally, they should have a good understanding of digital media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Search Engine.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing office administration, including correspondence, scheduling, and data entry.
  2. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the organization's services.
  3. Writing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blog posts, and email newsletters.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service through email and phone communication.
