Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations in the lobby area, maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, coordinating with housekeeping and security staff to ensure timely maintenance of all amenities.
- Address resident inquiries received via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing prompt and professional communication.
- Monitor security operations, maintain visitor logs, and enforce building rules and regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for residents and guests, offering assistance and information as needed.
- Collaborate with facility management to report any maintenance or operational concerns requiring attention.
- Assist in emergency response coordination, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Coordinate between departments to maintain exceptional service standards within the building.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports on lobby operations, visitor logs, and housekeeping schedules.
For this role, we seek an individual with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related fields.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of office equipment such as phones and printers.
- Ability to perform various office tasks like filing and organizing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
