Job Title: Client Growth Specialist

The role of a Client Growth Specialist is to drive the adoption and optimization of our product, ensuring seamless integration and maximum utilization for customers.

This position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, as well as the ability to analyze and recommend impactful product features aligning with objectives.

Cultivating strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering collaboration, is also a critical aspect of this role.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Drive client growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Product Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements to identify and recommend impactful product features aligning with objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering collaboration.
  • Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Requirements: Proven experience working with North American and European clients. 2-4 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Experience, or Relationship Management roles, focusing on driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Technical Skills: Experience collaborating with technical teams, particularly software developers, to drive project success. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Client Success KPIs and workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated and dependable professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly and professionally.
