We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agent with expertise in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems to efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for clients.
  • Prepare detailed and customized itineraries based on client preferences and needs.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on various travel options, itineraries, accommodations, and visa/passport requirements to meet their specific desires.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain client profiles and preferences for personalized service.
  • Handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze travel options and apply competitive pricing strategies to find cost-effective solutions.
  • Offer holiday packages and influence clients to choose suitable options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting travelers before, during, and after their trips.
  • Skillfully handle customer queries and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all bookings, payments, and communication with clients.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Travel Consultant / Travel Agent is essential.
  • Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Worldspan reservation systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
