E Commerce Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to deliver outstanding service via email and phone.
About the Role:
- Create and manage product listings on various online sales channels.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, undertake new stock entry, and maintain accurate product information.
- Take high-quality product pictures, edit, and upload them to online marketplaces.
- Conduct regular price checks to ensure competitive pricing.
- Research competitor activity and respond accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic to advanced photo-editing skills or equivalent Photoshop abilities.
- Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic use of Word/Internet.
- Understanding of online sales strategies and ability to work independently.
