Social Media Marketing Specialist
Our ideal candidate will support social media marketing efforts through content creation and account management. Analyze performance metrics and engage with the online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Create Engaging Content: Curate, create, and edit compelling content (images, videos, written) for social media platforms.
  3. Schedule Posts: Schedule and publish posts across social media channels using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
  4. Manage Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  5. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to build community and loyalty.
  6. Analyze Performance: Track social media performance using analytics tools; generate reports to measure success and suggest optimizations.


Requirements:
  1. Experience in Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms for brands or individuals.
  2. Strong Understanding of Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and best practices.
  3. Proficiency in Social Media Tools: Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools.
  4. Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.


Optional Skills:
  1. Graphic Design or Video Editing: Graphic design or video editing skills.
  2. SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends.
  3. Paid Social Media Campaigns: Experience with paid social media campaigns and advertising.
