Job Title

A Product Specialist with a strong background in Computer Science and experience in security solutions is sought after to join our team as an Enterprise Class Security Solutions Expert.

Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating the technological advantages of our security products, including Walk-Through Metal Detectors, Hand-Held Metal Detectors, and inspection systems.
  • He/She will explain how our products outperform competitors in terms of performance, reliability, and customer benefits.
  • The successful candidate will deliver product demonstrations and presentations for clients, showcasing how our solutions align with their security requirements.
  • Additionally, he/she will participate in security surveys and site assessments to determine suitable product solutions for client environments.
  • Understanding and explaining the typical security screening process will also be a key responsibility.
  • The Product Specialist will collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide product support and training.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies is essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in security solutions, particularly involving WTMDs, HHMDs, and inspection systems, is necessary.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic security systems and screening procedures is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to assess client needs and provide tailored product recommendations is vital.
  • A willingness to travel for site surveys, client meetings, and installations is also required.
