The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and develop a team of travel professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and support.

You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure their travel experience is memorable and enjoyable.

As a seasoned Travel Planner, you will have expertise in local tourism and a good overall knowledge of international tourism, which will enable you to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients.

In addition, you will be responsible for advising clients on various aspects of travel, including weather conditions, local customs, necessary documents, currency exchange rates, and other essential information related to their chosen destinations.

You will also be involved in the onboarding process for new tour operators, resorts, hotels, and restaurants, as well as marketing travel packages and services offered by our office.
