Role Overview

Do you have the ability to focus on details one minute and then see the big picture the next? Our LinkedIn Marketing Lead will. The successful candidate will set Global Rescue's digital marketing strategy on LinkedIn with the goal of growing our B2B and B2B2C business units. The candidate will then execute this strategy while making data-driven optimizations and strategy adjustments as business conditions change.

This role is part of a close-knit Global Rescue marketing team that spans the United States, Puerto Rico, the Philippines and Pakistan.

Responsibilities

  1. Run digital campaigns on LinkedIn that produce the highest quality leads at the lowest possible cost.
  2. Establish constant communication with Global Rescue's sales team and account managers, with the goal of following leads from sign-up, through on-boarding, to revenue-generation.
  3. Work closely with Global Rescue's Social Media Manager to ensure organic and paid efforts on LinkedIn are aligned.
  4. Use LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator to further Global Rescue's business goals.
  5. Be prepared to lend your skills to projects that do not necessarily involve LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  1. Extensive previous experience setting up paid campaigns on LinkedIn.
  2. Demonstrable budget-management experience, preferably at a level of US$100,000+ per year.
  3. An understanding of the type of content that's effective on LinkedIn.
  4. Nimble, hard-working and multi-talented.
