Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing day-to-day testing activities in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and technical release managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Participate in scrum and product planning, and be responsible for all phases and types of testing, including strategy development, requirement gathering, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, and changes, ensuring seamless client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop processes to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible.
- Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep processes up to date.
- Assist in the development of ongoing training programs for the QA Team.
- Maintain open communication with internal teams.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- 3-4 years of experience in manual software quality assurance preferably with mobile testing.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
