Compliance Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business practices and operations are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning and maintaining the document management process to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Managing technical compliance by reviewing current processes and implementing changes in line with industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with project owners, work streams, and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and processes, reduce risk, and drive continual improvement.
  • Reviewing the work of project owners to identify compliance issues and providing advice or training as needed.
  • Preparing reports for project owners and senior management on compliance matters.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of business process compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a compliance officer or audit manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other business tools.
  • Understanding of industry best practices such as ISO and PCI DSS.
  • Ability to interpret technical compliance requirements into practical business terms and drive implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
