Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist

About the Role:

This Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist will develop standardized sales reporting and analytics for the organization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions. The specialist will use the latest tools and technologies such as Snowflake and Tableau to bring together unstructured data and derive actionable insights into the performance of the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various systems. Work closely with the Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Systems teams to establish data pipelines for business-critical KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain automated, self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop analytical solutions to streamline/automate existing reporting.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs, marketing performance metrics, and business review slides.
  • Support marketing teams with analysis and reporting to drive success.
  • Become an expert in the data landscape and look for opportunities to improve data quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering or Mathematics is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Sales or Marketing Business Intelligence or related roles with experience in working with sales systems like Salesforce is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL with a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and other business intelligence applications.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and problem-solve to identify solutions to data requests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
