Customer Experience Coordinator

As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service across various channels.
Responsibilities:Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and collaborate closely with teammates to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Requirements:- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring.
- Competitive hourly rate: $3-4 USD per hour.
