Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reconciliation: Prepare accurate reconciliation of debtors and creditors, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions.
  2. Inter-Company Verification: Verify inter-company reconciliations to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial dealings.
  3. Reserve Management: Verify reserve details and ensure timely transfers to respective bank accounts.
  4. Aging Analysis: Prepare aging analysis of receivables and advances, following up with concerned departments for prompt collection.
  5. Adjustments and Closures: Make timely adjustments to advances, loans, and depreciation, ensuring proper month-end closures.
  6. Financial Statements: Prepare monthly financial statements, including job-wise, division-wise, and entity-wise reports.
  7. Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual expenses and estimated costs.
  8. Cash Flow Management: Correspond with banks and financial institutions for day-to-day transactions.
  9. Collection and Follow-ups: Timely follow up with customers and intercompany for collection of withholding tax challans and sales tax challans.
  10. Tax Compliance: Timely hand over income tax challans to vendors, landlords, and employees.
