Key Job Responsibilities- Lead the team responsible for ensuring compliance with entry requirements for institutions and service level agreements.
- Coordinate the completion of relevant forms, checklists, and supporting documents required by providers.
- Ensure timely responses and acknowledgements across various platforms used by Adventus.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure accurate and complete information and documentation.
- Conduct regular technical training for the team and onboard new members.
- Produce reports to inform data-driven actions regarding specific universities, recruiters, or geographic regions.
- Provide guidance on performance and development to team members.
