Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with online communities and build strong relationships with followers.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with online communities and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Maintain and monitor social media channels to ensure timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and generate reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 0-1 years in social media management or community management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with online communities.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
