Community Manager Role

As a Community Management Executive, you will play a vital role in fostering meaningful interactions and building strong relationships with our online community across various social media channels.

You will be responsible for promptly monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels. This includes fostering engagement, addressing customer concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

In addition to this, you will be required to monitor and analyze social media performance using various analytics tools. You will then use insights from these analyses to inform and improve our social media strategies.

Furthermore, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. You will share your knowledge and recommendations with the team to enhance our social media efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with proven experience of 0-1 years in social media management or community management.
