Job Title: Odoo Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Odoo implementation specialist to join our team. As an Odoo implementation specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client requirements and identify processes for improvement.
  • Conduct meetings and demos with clients to ensure understanding of project scope and objectives.
  • Assist in preparing gap analysis documents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform complete quality assurance for developed custom modules.
  • Research and evaluate functionalities of apps available on the Odoo app store.
  • Analyze client requirements and scope of work to derive solutions with the development team.
  • Prepare detailed specs documents with information flow diagrams and mockups to finalize requirements with clients.
  • Monitor execution plans for deliverables through daily coordination with clients and development teams to meet committed deadlines.
  • Provide customer support for bug fixing/trouble shooting via call or email as per service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Give training to customers on Odoo implementations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
