About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line support for all IT systems and services
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware-related incidents
  • Collaborating with the IT Service Desk to ensure timely resolution of incidents
  • Supporting remote users via various communication channels

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in IT support/engineering
  • Strong knowledge of IAM, MDM, Office 365/Google Apps, Slack, Zoom, Meraki WiFi, Apple Mac, Windows, VMWare, and Public/Private cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
