We are seeking a skilled project leader to oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive project blueprints in collaboration with team members, ensuring successful outcomes and timely completion.
  • SUPERVISE AND ENFORCE DEADLINES, guaranteeing efficient task completion and minimizing delays.
  • Maintain project finances, optimizing resource allocation for maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • ENSURE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE UPHOLDED AT ALL TIMES, safeguarding the well-being of team members and stakeholders.
  • PREPARE REGULAR PROGRESS REPORTS FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVES, providing accurate insights into project performance.
  • IDENTIFY AND SOURCE REQUIRED PROJECT RESOURCES, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Oversight and implementation of project enhancements, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical expertise.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a related field, showcasing a track record of success and leadership.
  • EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure, making sound decisions quickly and efficiently.

Able to multitask successfully, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, and driving project success through collaborative efforts.
