Strategic Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished recruitment expert to join our team. As a Strategic Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to source top candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers to ensure seamless hiring experiences.
- Hiring Manager Partnerships: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand accurate staffing needs assessment and ensure timely resolutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Utilize multiple touchpoints to engage potential candidates and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- HR Metrics Analysis: Analyze key HR metrics, including turnover rates and time-to-fill, to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine recruitment policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hiring and recruitment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance.
