Job Title: Sales Development Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting and building relationships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and emails, introducing our services and booking appointments for our sales team.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls daily, with the goal of setting appointments for sales presentations.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal client profile before passing them to the Sales Closer.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to confirm attendance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions, appointments scheduled, and client feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Closer team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of appointments set and the quality of leads passed to the sales team.
- Continuously follow up with prospects who are undecided or unresponsive to convert them into scheduled appointments.
- Experience in an appointment-setting, telemarketing, or similar outbound sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling client rejections in a positive manner.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to log activity and track leads effectively.
