Key Roles and Responsibilities

As an Oracle E-Business Suite Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the financial and operational needs of our clients. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to define and design architecture, lead system integration efforts, drive solution design workshops, and provide architectural governance and best practices.

  • Define and design Oracle EBS architecture, covering financials, supply chain, HR, and other core modules.
  • Lead system integration efforts between Oracle EBS and other enterprise platforms.
  • Drive solution design workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures.
  • Provide architectural governance and best practices for Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reporting (CEMLI).
  • Oversee upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps (R12 to R12.2, or transition to Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP).
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across Oracle EBS environments.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, offering technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in an architect or senior technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of core EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (PO, OM, INV), and HRMS.
  • Expertise in Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and application performance tuning.
  • Solid experience with integration tools (Oracle SOA Suite, APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on background in application server configuration, system upgrades, and security design.
  • Experience defining migration strategies (EBS to R12.2 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
