Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to lead end-to-end presales engagements. This role demands a strong strategic mindset, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex, high-value pursuits.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business analysis and presales processes, operates with high independence, and serves as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and clients.

This role involves leading strategic discovery workshops, capturing detailed business requirements, and translating business objectives into structured documentation for technical and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams, including Sales, Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Finance, to co-create solution architectures and execution plans that are viable, compelling, and aligned with business goals.
  • Driving the design, execution, and client delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs), showcasing solution feasibility, and creating competitive differentiation.
  • Identifying and resolving ambiguities in requirements, addressing potential delivery gaps early, and aligning technical capabilities with commercial expectations through stakeholder facilitation and insight-driven recommendations.

The successful candidate will also drive team capability building, mentoring junior staff, sharing learnings, and contributing reusable frameworks and assets to drive organizational learning.

Required Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of leading complex proposals and solution design, with a deep understanding of the presales lifecycle, business cases, RFPs/RFIs, and value engineering.

A strong strategic and functional perspective is essential, along with the ability to align pursuit strategy with long-term business objectives, market trends, and solution strengths.
