Data Insights Lead Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to drive data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members. This role involves in-depth data analysis, strategic decision-making support, and advanced reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and SQL reports
  • Lead the development of ETL pipelines using SSIS and manage Data Warehousing processes
  • Conduct complex data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all processes
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing data analytics team
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization
  • Expert-level skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
  • Strong experience with SSIS, Data Warehousing, and ETL pipelines
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Skills:
  • Predictive analytics or machine learning experience is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Python or R for analytics
