Email Marketing Leader

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to lead our electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the email component of our EDM campaigns, identifying and reaching out to prospective clients via email, and monitoring and managing the email inbox.

  1. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns by creating compelling content, designing visually appealing emails, and scheduling them for optimal delivery.
  2. Identify and engage with prospective clients via personalized email content that highlights their needs and interests.
  3. Monitor and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring seamless communication and building strong relationships.
  4. Schedule and confirm meetings between potential clients and our sales team, streamlining the sales process and driving results.
  5. Track campaign performance using data analytics and adjust tactics as necessary to maximize results, optimize budget allocation, and achieve key objectives.
Job Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in email marketing or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of best practices and industry trends.
  • A strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes, allowing you to develop targeted campaigns that drive results.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with email marketing software and tools, such as Mailchimp, Marketo, or Pardot, to create, send, and track campaigns.
