Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring teams on final decisions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in promoting the company's employer brand consistently to attract top talent.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in medical billing.
  • Strong expertise in hiring and recruitment strategies to drive business growth.
  • Hands-on experience in interviewing and effective communication techniques to build strong relationships with candidates.
  • Proficiency in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required to provide a solid foundation for career advancement.
