Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional virtual assistant to handle all communications with our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

  • Interacting with prospective clients
  • Answering inbound calls and text messages
  • Responding to and following up on emails
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and updating all scheduling changes
  • Collecting information
  • Creating presentations as assigned
  • Working on other ad-hoc requests
  • Ensuring reminders and confirmations are sent
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will possess exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, good analytical skills, and a positive personality. They will also be proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills include experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office) and knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).

Work Details:
