Join LSST (London School of Science & Technology) at our Islamabad Liaison Office, where you'll play a key role in supporting our UK Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) platforms and ensuring seamless experiences for global users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for UK-based VLE platforms and internal users.
  • Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, networking, and user access.
  • Support and maintain LMS tools (e.g., Moodle, Canvas), conferencing platforms, and secure systems.
  • Collaborate with UK-based technical teams on escalated issues and updates.
  • Monitor systems and assist in enforcing IT standards and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking protocols, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting non-technical users.
Preferred:
  • Experience with LMS platforms and remote learning systems.
  • Familiarity with UK education systems and/or ITIL framework.
  • Prior experience supporting international or cross-border teams.
