We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls and other correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
