Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Learning Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering ongoing professional learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and support career growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about long-term learning strategies and are committed to promoting a continuous learning culture. You will work closely with HR and departmental teams to ensure the success of our CPD programs and maintain compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of CPD programs across departments.
- Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external trainers to design and deliver subject-specific learning modules.
- Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials.
- Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards.
- Gather feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role. A strong understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms are essential skills for this position.
