Training and Development Specialist

This is an entry-level role for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources, particularly in the area of employee learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Training and Development Specialist to support the execution of training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of our teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting in the coordination and scheduling of training sessions and workshops.
  • Helping to develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
  • Maintaining training records, attendance logs, and feedback reports.
  • Supporting the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Handling training-related communications and logistics.
  • Collecting and compiling participant feedback to assess training effectiveness.
  • Coordinating with internal trainers and external facilitators for session delivery.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs through suggestions and research.

Qualifications and experience required for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a training, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Basic understanding of training principles and adult learning concepts.

Certification in HR or L&D is optional but advantageous. Work mode is office-based, and location is Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
