Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough inspections of production processes to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee quality control, including fit, PP approval, and meeting coordination.
  3. Conduct inline and final inspections to identify potential issues, and monitor production work-in-progress (WIP) for timely resolution.
  4. Communicate inspection results to stakeholders for transparency and maintain WIP tracking for smooth inventory management.
  5. Collaborate with licensor and customer QA teams for factory audits and corrective actions.
  6. Review and support problem resolution through effective communication, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  7. Develop and implement quality control measures to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Creativity, technical capability, and sensibility for garment design and development.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest QA/QC best practices and industry trends.
  4. Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques.
  5. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Bachelor's Degree in Textile or a related field.
