We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional with a background in signage, construction, or related industries.

This role involves handling inbound sales inquiries, building client relationships, and guiding customers through the process of identifying suitable solutions for their signage and visual branding needs. Project management experience is beneficial but not required; what matters most is a strong client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and U.S. market experience.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in signage, construction, or related industries.
  • A strong understanding of signage materials and general industry practices is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Project coordination experience is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is valued.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries via email, phone, and web platforms.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate signage solutions.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing information.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate internally with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Part Time)
  • Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi
