**Commission-Based Market Research Role**

This is a contract-based position that requires dedication and consistency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sending emails to experts and clients, as well as messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn.

A key part of the job is reviewing and sourcing expert profiles for client projects.

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment, with a strong understanding of how to effectively utilize LinkedIn.

In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate must have an updated LinkedIn account with at least 100 connections, as well as availability to focus on this role full-time.

Work Commitment:

You are expected to dedicate a total of 8 hours per day to this role. Timing is flexible, but consistent effort is required to meet targets.

Understanding Credits & Submissions:

A 'credit' is earned when an expert you sign up completes the following process:

  • You source and sign up an expert.
  • The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions.
  • The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator.
  • The client books a call with the expert, and the call is completed (60 minutes).

Each 60-minute call between your expert and the client counts as 1 credit.

If the expert is booked multiple times by the same or different clients, subsequent bookings count as 0.5 credits.

A submission refers to each expert you source who signs up at our website, completes any required screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration by the project coordinator. A submission must meet these criteria to be valid.

This is a commission-based role, meaning you'll earn money based on your performance. For every credit, you'll receive $3 per expert submission. The potential earnings for this role are substantial, with 10 credits and 30 submissions resulting in a total of $890.
