Salary and Benefits:- This is a fully commission-based role.

- Reviewing expert profiles is crucial for client project success.
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment.
- An updated LinkedIn account with over 100 connections is necessary.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, with dedication to the role's objectives.
A total of 8 hours per day must be dedicated to this role.
The timing is flexible, but consistent effort is essential to meet targets.
Understanding Credits & Submissions:- Credits are earned when an expert completes a series of steps including sourcing, screening, and being booked by a client.
- Each 60-minute call between an expert and a client counts as 1 credit.
- Subsequent bookings by the same or different clients count as 0.5 credits.
- A submission refers to each expert who signs up, completes screening questions, and is submitted to the client for consideration.
$3 per expert submission is awarded for every credit earned.
Total potential earnings can reach $890 for 10 credits and 30 submissions.
