About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled bilingual Customer Service Executive to contribute to a positive patient experience in a doctor's office setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Main Tasks:
- Manage the front office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments effectively, coordinating with patients to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments as required.
- Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about services and other relevant details.
- Support English and Spanish-speaking patients to address their concerns and queries.
- Certify patient information, insurance details, and relevant medical history, adhering to privacy regulations and maintaining data accuracy.
- Liaise with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain pre-authorization for specific treatments or procedures.
- Process patient billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, making courtesy calls for appointment reminders and follow-up care.
