Marketing Strategy Manager

The purpose of this role is to oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, encompassing creative direction, campaign planning, and material production. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives
  • Managing the creation of marketing materials, including direct mail, advertising, and online campaigns
  • Coordinating the implementation of direct mail and online marketing initiatives
  • Leading the development and dissemination of sales materials
  • Creating and maintaining website content to engage target audiences
  • Fostering collaboration with other departments to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials
  • Monitoring and analyzing lead and sales tracking, identifying areas for improvement
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis to inform future marketing decisions
