Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled quality assurance professional with extensive experience in automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of test planning, creation and execution using tools such as MS Team Foundation System or HP Test Director.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Automated Test Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools.
  • Test Automation Support: Support the use of test automation and programmatic testing for system regression testing.
  • Test Design and Execution: Create and organize test designs, test cases and matrices for regression test coverage.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with application and business teams to design and execute tests.
  • Test Maintenance and Enhancement: Develop and maintain reliable automated tests following established standards and frameworks.
  • Mentorship and Training: Support and mentor junior staff in programmatic and automated testing approaches.
Key Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of HP Test Director.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Work Environment and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English language.
