About Our Organization

Our organization is dedicated to making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all. We strive to connect people with their preferred mode of transportation, easing daily commuting and transportation.

We were established in 2014 as a joint venture between several companies. However, in 2016, we revamped our services to cater to other modes of transportation. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

Job Brief

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. The role involves coordinating between teams, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams
  • Monitor project progress and update status reports
  • Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues
  • Maintain project records and ensure compliance with processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a coordination or support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
