Job Title:
Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist - Operating Room/Recovery Room

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Operating Room/Recovery Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing with a focus on operating room/recovery room care. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. A bachelor's degree in nursing (BScN) or post-RN BScN is required, along with at least one year of experience in a reputable hospital setting. Additionally, you must hold a valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council and possess certifications in basic life support, CPR, safe medication administration, IV cannulation, ECG interpretation, and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment and supplies;
- Provide high-quality, personalized, holistic nursing care to all assigned patients;
- Administer medication safely, monitor patient responses, and communicate findings promptly;
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors;
- Use electronic monitoring equipment efficiently;
- Perform patient assessments and develop care plans;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

Requirements:
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) or Post RN BScN;
- At least one year of work experience in a reputable hospital;
- Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council;
- Certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation, and Aseptic Techniques;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to work in shifts;
