Lead Creative Visionary

We seek a highly skilled and innovative Lead Creative Visionary to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading and inspiring a cross-functional team in developing groundbreaking campaigns, requiring a visionary leader with expertise in branding, storytelling, and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervises graphic designers, copywriters, social-media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers to develop messaging and deliverables.
  • Scheduling and Prioritization: Prioritizes work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develops schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists.
  • Brainstorming Sessions: Conducts brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop innovative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Review and Approval: Reviews and approves art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals effectively.
  • Creative Output: Produces fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.
  • Presentation and Approval: Oversees the presentation of final concepts and obtains approvals for deliverables.
  • Team Management: Leads and reviews the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
  • Content Strategy: Spearheads and manages content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology.
  • Collaboration: Collaborates with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business is required.
  • Ten years of relevant experience, with five or more years as a Lead Creative Visionary in an agency or corporate setting are required.

  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from vision to production.
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to develop successful concepts.
  • Proficiency in leading a team of diverse creatives.
  • Strong creative vision with an eye on business objectives.
