We are seeking a skilled medical professional to join our organization in an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue cycle management systems, as well as providing support for our healthcare information technology services.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of basic US healthcare terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and independent work
  • Analytical skills to play a key role as a team member and contribute when required
  • Meeting timely deliverables as per industry standards
  • Performing multiple tasks simultaneously
Required Skill Set:
  • Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Strong statistics and reporting skills
  • Analyzing business needs using excellent analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Team-building skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and office management tools
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Medicare Advantage plans, Medical Billing/AR, Claim follow-up, Denials Management, Insurance calls, and Payer Portals queries

Work Schedule: Night Shift - 4 pm to 1 am

Location: Abbottabad (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
