Job Title: Operations Management Lead

This position oversees the entire operations function, ensuring seamless processing and production of fabric products.

  • To ensure timely and efficient processing of fabric products through in-house and external facilities.
  • To procure high-quality materials and accessories that meet customer requirements.
  • To develop comprehensive production plans, including product development, consumption tracking, sampling, and order fulfillment.
  • To establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • To implement and uphold International Health, Safety, Social, Environmental, Quality, and Security standards within our facilities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a graduate degree, preferably in Textile Science or a related field.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in textile manufacturing, exhaust wet processing, or a related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Sound knowledge of fabric, weaving, stitching, and made-ups is required.
