Driving Business Growth through Strategic Partnerships

This role focuses on producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. Key responsibilities include account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, and utilizing business development strategies to complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects or territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales
  • Client relationship mapping to the account team and leading an account strategy while coordinating a broad virtual team
  • Providing expert advice to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap

Requirements:
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization
  • Establishing strong relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Understanding the bigger picture and our plans around IT
