Account Growth Manager

The Account Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through effective client relationship management, project planning, and problem-solving. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, technical fundamentals, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Address client queries effectively.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Account Handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
- Knowledge in HL7, XML, and web services.
- Experience working with enterprise systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record Software.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
