Job Title: Senior Manager Grants And Compliance

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage grants and ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grants management, with experience in developing user-friendly tools for budget monitoring. They will also possess excellent management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with all grant and contractual requirements.
  • Design an effective grants management system that ensures compliance with donor requirements and respects projected spending patterns.
  • Establish a useful budget system for project and support costs.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior management.
  • Review all grant agreements and advise on their acceptability and practicality.
  • Prepare budgets and inform senior management of funding positions.

Requirements:
  • ACCA, ACMA, CIA, CA, MBA or postgraduate qualification in social sciences or public policy.
