About the Role
  • Manage service calls, monitor and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Determine the scope of work and requirements for each project, collaborating with resources and clients.
  • Create and update ticket information, sharing it with relevant teams.
  • Evaluate and share necessary information with other departments in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with resources to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in Service Delivery management with a track record of outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage resources in a matrix organization, meeting Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborative mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate others and build strong relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multiple teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
