Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SQL, Python, and hands-on experience working with data platforms like Amazon Athena and Looker.

About the Role
  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver timely analytical solutions.
  • Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena and other cloud-based solutions to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Build data pipelines and perform advanced analytics using Python.
  • Design and maintain dashboards using Looker to support real-time KPI tracking and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • SQL & Athena Expertise: Write complex SQL queries using Amazon Athena.
  • Python Automation & Modeling: Build data pipelines and perform advanced analytics.
  • Looker Dashboarding & Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards using Looker.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across product, marketing, customer service, and finance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL (Athena preferred), Python (mandatory), and data wrangling tools.
  • Experience with Looker required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with US-based teams.
