Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .Net Developer to join our technology development team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects using the latest technologies.

The successful candidate will be working from home, communicating daily with our team through online channels. You will need excellent English communication skills and flexibility to work UK hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm).

This role involves object-oriented design and programming, UI and back-end development, AWS cloud services, database programming, systems integration, technical problem solving, and research and development using emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications using object-oriented principles
  • Work on UI and back-end development tasks
  • Implement AWS cloud services for development and integration purposes
  • Develop databases and integrate them into existing systems
  • Solve complex technical problems
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve application performance

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts
  • Strong English language skills for communication
  • Experience in .NET Development using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, API, and ORM frameworks
  • Leadership experience in managing development teams
  • Self-motivation and willingness to work remotely
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of application design and debugging
  • Full lifecycle experience in delivering software projects
